WHOSTARTED TERMS

1. WHOSTARTED

WHOSTARTED is an online football game available at whostarted.pl. Contact: contact@whostarted.pl.

2. Features

The service may include Daily XI, Play Your Way, Challenges, Friend Leagues, Rhope, user profiles, XP, statistics and social features. Features may change, be unavailable or be removed.

3. Account

Some features work without an account and some require sign-in. You are responsible for your account security and may stop using the service. An account may be removed where permitted by law and these terms.

4. Fair play

Bots, automated solving, cheats, result manipulation and abuse of the game are not allowed.

  • Do not artificially grant XP or Rhope cards, interfere with Friend Leagues, exploit errors or use the API manually to manipulate game state or bypass safeguards.
  • WHOSTARTED may cancel manipulated results, reverse improper rewards, limit features or block an account in serious cases.

5. Historical elevens

A Best XI is not an official single-match team sheet. It reflects an algorithm, historical data and corrections. More than one historically justified interpretation may exist, and data can contain errors and be corrected.

6. Rhope

Rhope is a virtual collection of football cards and stories within WHOSTARTED. XP, cards, achievements, streaks and rewards are game features.

  • They have no monetary value, are not a means of payment and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • They do not create a right to a physical item.
  • Progression and reward mechanics may evolve.

7. Friend Leagues and user content

Usernames, league names and other short content must not be unlawful, threatening, impersonating, spam or grossly offensive. We may remove content or limit an account.

8. Intellectual property

Code, UI, original illustrations, texts, Rhope graphics and visual identity may be legally protected. Names of players, clubs, leagues and competitions are used descriptively and for information. WHOSTARTED does not claim rights to third-party trademarks.

WHOSTARTED is an independent football project and is not affiliated with, sponsored or authorised by clubs, players, federations or competition organisers. Names and identifiers of people, clubs and competitions are used for informational and descriptive purposes. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Availability and changes

We may update the game, correct data, change mechanics, XP, Challenges and Rhope, add or remove features, and take technical breaks. Availability is not guaranteed 24/7.

10. Advertising

WHOSTARTED may be funded by advertising and sponsored materials, which should be marked appropriately. Cookie and advertising settings are available in Cookies.

11. Reports and changes to these terms

Report problems to contact@whostarted.pl with enough information to identify them. We may update these terms due to service development, technical or legal changes, or new features. We may notify registered users about material changes in the service.
